Around 10 am February 4, 2022, I went outside to dig my vehicle out the 2 feet of snow drifts that surrounded it. There were other tenants already outside attempting to do the same. The Moscarino Snow Plows were busy clearing a path around the 300 and 400 apartment buildings. A vehicle was already stuck preventing them from navigating safely. It was an awful mess. One of the plow drivers approached me . He said if I could move my car they could clear the section of parking spaces. I asked him if all the tenants could temporarily move their cars out of the lot, would they wait. He said yes and it would make the work safer and easier. So I ran into the 400 building and announced that if everyone would move their cars the plows can clear the parking spaces and they would not have to dig themselves out. Everyone cooperated in the 400 building and the spaces were cleared in minutes, which would have taken hours of back-breaking labor, individually. Tenants in the 300 building cooperated as well, which made everything run smoothly. I have to say I was not expecting such cooperation, kindness and team work amongst my neighbor tenants and the Moscarino plowers. With respect, patience and cooperation, we accomplished much today.

Maintenance

I lived at Condor Garden Apartments for nearly four years. It is a quiet middle class mix of blue collar and white collar workers centered between Elyria and Carlisle townships. It is a nice balance of rural and urban development. The tenants in my unit seem to comprise of Gen-X-ers and Boomers. The apartment grounds are well-maintained. Since the time I moved into the residence, any maintenance issue I had was promptly repaired with courtesy and professionalism.

Nice Employees

I have a friend that lives at Condor and I felt as though I needed to leave a review after dealing with such nice staff! All in one visit, I met Amber and Greg. Amber works in the office and Greg is the maintenance man. My friend locked themselves out of their apartment and they were both a pleasure to be around while they were very quick to respond and help out. I wish I lived in a place with such nice staff!

Customer service at it's Best

Seeking a new place of residence, a peaceful place , as I call it is a very pain staking ordeal. I can only say that thanks to Amber's unique patience, providing options, choices and solutions to overcoming barriers on the application process made a world of difference in making the process come to an excellent outcome. Wonderful staff at Condor

I like to take the time to comment my appreciation with the staff at Condor . First off they are always available and willing to help . Greg the maintenance guy is always up beat and willing to take care of in issues I may have in my apartment. I call make an appointment and he is there right away and makes sure the problems are fixed. He is well knowledgeable about the workings of the facility. The cleaning lady Karen makes sure the place is neat and well kept which I'm sure isn't easy with all the tenants and their pets .Well done. Thank You and see you in 2021 PEACE !

Better than I expected

Not having lived in an apartment since 1992, I’m very happy with this location. From a very friendly, energetic manager to her great maintenance staff, I’ve been very pleased with everything. Very clean and well maintained grounds and parking lot. Very quiet and friendly living conditions, including the surrounding private homes.

Greg is the best

Today I had an emergency maintenance issue with my toilet. And Greg responded quickly and it took only 5mins or less to fix the problem. I probably looked like the walking dead making breakfast and I was sooo tired but Greg came in....fixed my toilet and took the stress of worrying off my back. He was such a lifesaver. Amazing Apartments

I absolutely love living here. The neighbors are always so friendly. In the hallways you can sometimes hear people but as soon as you close your door you hear nothing of the neighbors. There is only one washer & dryer per building but there is very rarely ever a problem with having to wait to do laundry. The apartment manager is always super nice & very quick to respond to any issues. They do accept dogs which is one of the most amazing things about living here. I would recommend Condor Garden Apartments to anyone looking for a decently priced all around great place to stay.
